Grow Your Towing Business With Our Trusted Network in Volusia & Flagler County
JF Roadside Service is building a professional network of licensed towing operators throughout Volusia and Flagler County, Florida — and we want your company to be part of it. If you run a towing business in Ormond Beach, Daytona Beach, Port Orange, New Smyrna Beach, Edgewater, Palm Coast, Flagler Beach, or anywhere along the I-95 corridor and US-1, this partnership program is designed to put more work on your trucks and more revenue in your bank account. Here's what makes JF Roadside different from traditional dispatch aggregators: we're not a faceless nationwide platform that treats you like a commodity. We're a locally owned, Ormond Beach-based roadside assistance provider (headquartered at 19 N Yonge Street #75) with deep roots in Central Florida's coastal communities. We know the seasonal traffic patterns during Daytona 500 and Bike Week, the rush-hour congestion on the beachside bridges, the rural back roads west of I-95, and the exact locations where tourists get stuck in soft sand at New Smyrna Beach. Our dispatchers understand the territory because we live here, work here, and serve here. Unlike franchise models that charge hefty upfront fees or take 40-50% of every job, JF Roadside operates on a transparent commission structure. You keep the majority of what you earn — no hidden platform fees, no monthly subscription charges, no lead-purchase costs. We handle customer acquisition, marketing, call intake, payment processing, and quality assurance. You handle what you do best: responding fast, delivering professional service, and keeping customers safe. It's a true revenue-sharing partnership where we both win when the job gets done right. Our network partners receive job requests instantly via mobile app with complete details: GPS coordinates, service type (tire change, jump start, lockout, fuel delivery, battery install, winch-out, or tow), vehicle make and model, and any special instructions. You accept or decline based on your availability and proximity. No phone tag, no dispatcher guesswork, no wasted miles driving to vague locations. Just clear, efficient job assignments that maximize your earning potential per shift. You maintain full control of your schedule, pricing tier (we match jobs to your equipment capabilities), and service territory. Whether you operate a single flatbed truck covering Ormond Beach or a full fleet with heavy-duty wreckers servicing all of Volusia County, we scale the dispatch volume to fit your capacity. During your slow periods, we help fill the gaps. During your busy periods, we respect your capacity limits and route overflow to other partners. Payments are processed weekly via direct deposit with itemized statements showing every completed job, commission split, and net payout. No waiting 30-60 days for checks, no chasing customers for payment, no dispute headaches. We charge the customer, you complete the service, we transfer your earnings every Monday. Clean, fast, predictable cash flow that helps you manage payroll, fuel costs, and equipment maintenance without the feast-or-famine cycles that plague independent tow operators. If you're ready to grow your towing business without the overhead of hiring sales staff, building a website, or running Facebook ads, JF Roadside provides the infrastructure. We bring the customers, you bring the expertise. Let's build something sustainable together.
Tap into a continuous stream of pre-qualified roadside assistance and towing jobs across Volusia and Flagler County. We handle all marketing, Google Ads, SEO, and customer acquisition — you focus on turning wrenches and securing loads. Every job comes with upfront payment confirmation, so you never waste time on customers who can't or won't pay.
Receive job requests instantly via our purpose-built mobile app with GPS coordinates, service details, vehicle info, and customer contact. Accept or decline in seconds. Integrated navigation routes you directly to the stranded motorist. One-tap customer updates keep everyone informed without phone calls. It's dispatch technology designed for tow truck operators, not software developers.
Get paid every Monday via direct deposit for all jobs completed the previous week. Real-time earnings tracking in the partner portal shows exactly what you've earned, what's pending verification, and your payment history. No net-30 invoicing, no chasing down accounts receivable, no cash flow gaps. Your work converts to revenue in seven days or less.
Expand your service territory and job volume without the cost of hiring marketers or account managers. We provide branding support, customer service backup during high-volume periods, and operational best practices from our network of top-performing partners. As our customer base grows across Central Florida, your dispatch volume grows with it. True partnership means we invest in your success.
JF Roadside Service currently dispatches roadside assistance and towing jobs throughout Volusia and Flagler County, with the highest call volume concentrated along the I-95 corridor, US-1 (Ridgewood Avenue), and the beachside communities from Ormond Beach south to New Smyrna Beach. Our primary service cities and the types of jobs you'll receive in each zone: **Volusia County — Beachside:** - **Ormond Beach:** Our headquarters is at 19 N Yonge Street #75. High volume of tire changes on Granada Boulevard, jump starts in residential neighborhoods west of A1A, and lockouts in the Trails shopping district. Tourist season (March-August) brings heavy call volume from rental car breakdowns and out-of-state visitors unfamiliar with the area. - **Daytona Beach:** Year-round demand for towing services on International Speedway Boulevard, beachside tire changes during race weeks (Daytona 500, Coke Zero 400, Bike Week), and fuel delivery calls from tourists who underestimate distances between gas stations. Accident tows on the beachside bridges (Main Street, Seabreeze, Broadway) are common during evening rush hour. - **Ormond-by-the-Sea:** Frequent calls for vehicles stuck in soft sand on beach access roads, jump starts for boats and RVs at Fortunato Park boat ramp, and lockouts at Tom Renick Park. **Volusia County — Mainland & West:** - **Port Orange:** Steady volume of roadside calls along US-1, Dunlawton Avenue, and Williamson Boulevard. Common jobs include tire changes in shopping center parking lots (Pavilion at Port Orange, Shoppes of Port Orange), battery replacements for fleet vehicles at local businesses, and winch-outs from retention pond edges in newer subdivisions. - **New Smyrna Beach:** High seasonal demand during spring break and summer vacation periods. Frequent tire changes on State Road 44 (New Smyrna Speedway area), lockouts at Flagler Avenue beach parking, and fuel delivery calls on Canal Street. Expect increased volume during arts festivals and community events. - **Edgewater:** Growing residential area with increasing call volume. Jump starts and battery installs are common in the India Palm and Hawks Point neighborhoods. Towing requests often involve mechanical breakdowns on US-1 between Edgewater and Oak Hill. - **DeLand (West Volusia):** Lower call density but higher per-job revenue for partners willing to cover this zone. Typical jobs include towing for breakdowns on I-4 (western edge of our territory), tire changes on US-17/92, and winch-outs from unpaved roads in rural areas south of DeLand. **Flagler County:** - **Palm Coast:** Rapidly growing city with expanding job volume. High demand for tire changes on Palm Coast Parkway, jump starts in the Town Center shopping area, and lockouts at residential communities (Grand Haven, Hammock Dunes). Expect increased volume during snowbird season (November-April) when retirees return. - **Flagler Beach:** Seasonal tourist destination with concentrated call volume during summer weekends. Common jobs include vehicles stuck in beach sand at Flagler Beach Pier, lockouts at A1A beachside parking, and fuel delivery on State Road 100. - **Bunnell:** Light call volume, mostly concentrated on US-1 and County Road 304. Jobs often involve mechanical tows to local repair shops or winch-outs from rural properties. **Adjacent Counties (Overflow Opportunities):** We're actively expanding into St. Johns County (north along I-95 toward St. Augustine) and Brevard County (south along A1A toward Titusville). If your fleet operates in these adjacent territories, let us know during the application process — we'll route overflow jobs and after-hours calls to qualified partners who can cover extended zones for premium rates. **Why Geography Matters for Your Revenue:** Partners who can respond quickly to beachside communities during tourist season (March-August) and race events (February, July, October) earn significantly higher volume. Partners who cover rural areas and extended territories earn higher per-job rates but lower overall volume. You control which zones you accept jobs in — we recommend starting with your home base and expanding as you build familiarity with our dispatch rhythm.
JF Roadside maintains strict standards for network partners because every service call represents our brand reputation. Customers trust us to send professional, licensed, insured tow operators who will treat them with respect and complete the job safely. To qualify for the JF Roadside network, your towing company must meet the following non-negotiable criteria: **Business & Legal Requirements:** - Active Florida business license issued by the Department of State (LLC, Corporation, or Sole Proprietorship) - Federal Employer Identification Number (EIN) for tax reporting purposes - Completed IRS Form W-9 for 1099-NEC independent contractor reporting - Clean record with the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles (DHSMV) — no recent suspensions, revocations, or enforcement actions against your towing license - Compliance with all local towing ordinances in Volusia and Flagler County (including consent tow regulations, impound lot standards, and maximum rate schedules where applicable) - Business bank account for direct deposit payments (personal accounts are not accepted) **Insurance Requirements (Non-Negotiable):** - **Commercial auto liability insurance:** Minimum $1,000,000 per occurrence covering bodily injury and property damage during towing operations. Your policy must cover all vehicles used for JF Roadside dispatch. - **Garage keepers liability insurance:** Required if you store customer vehicles at your lot overnight or for multi-day periods (impounds, repair shop tows, or insurance company holds). Minimum $500,000 coverage protects against theft, fire, or damage to vehicles in your care, custody, or control. - **On-hook coverage:** Recommended (but not required) to protect against damage to customer vehicles while being towed. This is separate from garage keepers and covers incidents during active transport. - **Certificate of Insurance (COI):** You must provide a current COI listing 'JF Roadside Service, 19 N Yonge Street #75, Ormond Beach, FL 32174' as an additional insured party. Your insurance agent can add this endorsement at no cost. We verify coverage annually, and your policy must remain active throughout your partnership. If coverage lapses, you'll be immediately removed from dispatch until it's reinstated. **Equipment Standards:** - **Tow trucks:** Well-maintained vehicles with current Florida registration, commercial license plates, and annual DOT inspection certification. Acceptable truck types include flatbed carriers, wheel-lift tow trucks, integrated tow trucks (combination flatbed/wheel-lift), rollback carriers, and heavy-duty wreckers. Your equipment determines which job types you're eligible to receive (e.g., only flatbed-equipped partners receive luxury vehicle tows or all-wheel-drive transport requests). - **Safety equipment:** Every truck must carry OSHA-compliant safety gear including wheel chocks, traffic cones (minimum 4), DOT-approved reflective warning triangles, fire extinguisher (5 lb. minimum), spill containment kit (oil dry or absorbent pads), reflective safety vests for all crew members, and appropriate tie-down straps, chains, or wheel nets for securing loads. - **GPS tracking:** All trucks dispatched through JF Roadside must have real-time GPS location tracking enabled via the mobile app. This allows our dispatchers to assign the closest available truck and provides customers with accurate ETA updates. GPS data is also used for mileage verification on jobs that include distance-based fees. - **Professional appearance:** Trucks must display your company name, phone number, and DOT number (if required) in visible lettering on both sides of the vehicle. Peeling decals, rust, body damage, or excessive wear creates a poor customer impression and may disqualify you from high-value contract jobs. - **Cleanliness:** Trucks should be reasonably clean (we understand towing is a dirty job, but excessive mud, trash in the cab, or foul odors are unacceptable). Customer-facing crew members must wear company uniforms or branded shirts — no torn clothing, offensive graphics, or bare-chested work (yes, this happens in Florida summers, and yes, customers complain). **Driver & Operator Standards:** - **Valid Florida driver's license:** All operators must hold a current Florida Class E license (or Class B/A if operating trucks over 26,000 lbs GVWR). Out-of-state licenses are not accepted unless you're in the process of transferring to Florida residency. - **Clean driving record:** No DUI or reckless driving convictions in the past five years. No more than two at-fault accidents or three moving violations in the past three years. We run annual MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) checks on all drivers. - **Background check:** All drivers must pass a Level 2 background screening (Florida Statute 435.04) covering criminal history, sex offender registry, and terrorist watch lists. Disqualifying offenses include any felony conviction involving violence, theft, fraud, or drug trafficking; any misdemeanor conviction involving domestic violence or stalking; or any conviction (felony or misdemeanor) in the past seven years involving DUI, vehicular homicide, or leaving the scene of an accident. We use a third-party screening provider (HireRight or similar) and re-screen every two years. - **Customer service skills:** Drivers must communicate clearly, treat customers with respect, and handle stressful situations (angry motorists, accident scenes, disputes over charges) with professionalism. We provide scripted communication guidelines during onboarding, and we monitor customer feedback scores for every partner. Drivers with repeated complaints about rudeness, upselling tactics, or unprofessional conduct will be removed from the network. **Operational Capabilities:** - **Response time commitment:** You must be able to reach most service calls within your defined coverage area in 30-45 minutes or less under normal traffic conditions. Jobs with faster ETAs (15-20 minutes) receive priority assignment and higher customer satisfaction scores. - **Service variety:** While you're not required to offer every service type, the more capabilities you have, the more job assignments you'll receive. Minimum requirement is the ability to perform basic roadside services (tire changes, jump starts, lockouts) plus light-duty towing. Preferred partners can also handle fuel delivery, mobile battery installation, winch-outs (off-road recovery), and medium to heavy-duty towing. - **After-hours availability:** Roadside emergencies happen 24/7, and the highest-paying jobs often come during nights, weekends, and holidays when customer desperation is highest and competitor availability is lowest. You're not required to work around the clock, but partners with consistent after-hours availability (9 PM - 6 AM) earn significantly more per month. - **Seasonal flexibility:** Expect dramatic volume spikes during Daytona 500 (mid-February), Bike Week (early March), spring break (March-April), and summer beach season (June-August). Partners who can scale up capacity during these peak periods (adding temporary drivers, extending operating hours, or bringing reserve trucks online) maximize annual revenue. **Technology & Communication:** - **Smartphone with data plan:** You must have an iPhone (iOS 14 or later) or Android phone (version 10 or later) with a reliable cellular data connection. The JF Roadside dispatch app requires GPS, camera access (for proof-of-service photos), and push notifications. - **Responsiveness:** When a job request is sent to your phone, you have 60-90 seconds to accept or decline. Delayed responses or missed notifications result in the job being reassigned to the next available partner. Your acceptance rate and average response time are tracked — partners with consistently slow response times receive fewer high-priority job offers. - **Digital documentation:** You must be comfortable using the mobile app to submit proof of service (photos of the vehicle, odometer, VIN plate, or customer signature), record mileage, and note any special conditions (e.g., 'customer declined tire replacement, performed spare installation only'). Paper invoices are not accepted — all job documentation is digital. **What Happens If You Don't Meet a Requirement?** If your application shows you're close but missing one or two qualifications (e.g., your insurance coverage is $750,000 instead of $1,000,000, or one of your drivers has a minor violation from four years ago), don't let that stop you from applying. Contact our partner relations team at jimfreeman05@gmail.com or (877) 68-CALLJIM. We'll review your situation and may offer a conditional approval while you bring everything into compliance. Our goal is to build a strong network, not to exclude good operators over technicalities — but the insurance and licensing requirements are absolute and cannot be waived.
**Fair, Transparent Commission Structure (No Hidden Fees):** Many national dispatch platforms take 35-50% of the job revenue as their cut, or they charge monthly subscription fees ($200-$500/month) just for access to their job board. Some platforms also charge per-lead fees, listing fees, or payment processing fees on top of the commission split. By the time you subtract fuel, labor, and platform costs, you're working for peanuts. JF Roadside uses a straightforward revenue-sharing model: you earn the majority of the service fee, we take a small percentage to cover dispatch operations, customer service, marketing, payment processing, and technology maintenance. The exact commission split is outlined in your partnership agreement, and it's the same rate for all partners — no tiered pricing based on volume, no special deals for preferred providers, no hidden deductions. What you see in the job offer is what you earn, minus our transparent commission percentage. Period. We don't charge application fees, onboarding fees, monthly platform fees, or listing fees. You pay us nothing upfront — you only pay a commission after you've completed a job and gotten paid. If you don't earn money, we don't earn money. That's a true partnership. **Local Focus, Not National Volume:** National dispatch aggregators treat Florida like every other state — they route jobs based purely on GPS proximity without understanding local nuances. They don't know that the Ormond Beach Main Street bridge gets backed up every afternoon, that beachside roads flood during king tides in October, that tourists unfamiliar with A1A often provide wrong locations, or that certain neighborhoods in Daytona Beach have gated access requiring resident codes. JF Roadside is locally owned and headquartered in Ormond Beach. Our dispatchers live in Volusia County, drive the same roads you do, and understand the unique challenges of serving beachside communities, rural inland zones, and high-traffic tourist areas. When a customer says they're 'near the Speedway,' our team knows whether they mean Daytona International Speedway on W International Speedway Boulevard or New Smyrna Speedway on State Road 44 — and we route the job to the correct partner without confusion. We also understand seasonal demand patterns. During Bike Week, we pre-stage coverage along the I-95 corridor and beachside routes because we know call volume will spike. During hurricane evacuations, we coordinate with partners who have heavy-duty recovery equipment. During spring break, we add extra beachside tire change capacity. National platforms don't anticipate these patterns — we do, and it helps you plan your schedule and maximize earnings. **Direct Customer Relationships (We Handle the Headaches):** When a customer calls JF Roadside, they're calling our Ormond Beach-based team — not an offshore call center in the Philippines or a chatbot in Texas. We handle initial customer contact, service triage (figuring out what they actually need versus what they think they need), payment processing, and post-service follow-up. You show up, do the work, submit proof of service, and move on to the next job. If a customer disputes a charge ('I didn't authorize that extra mileage fee!'), we investigate using your submitted documentation and handle the dispute resolution. If the customer's credit card is declined, we pursue payment — you still get paid on schedule regardless. If a customer leaves a bad review because they're upset about the cost of towing (even though the rate is standard), we manage the online reputation response. You're insulated from the drama, the payment chasing, and the customer service headaches that independent operators deal with daily. **Membership Program Creates Recurring Revenue:** JF Roadside offers an optional membership program for customers who want priority service, discounted rates, and 24/7 coverage. Members pay a monthly or annual fee, which creates predictable recurring revenue for us — and more consistent job volume for you. When a member calls for service, they're already pre-paid, which means faster dispatches (no waiting for credit card authorization), higher customer satisfaction (they feel like VIPs), and fewer payment disputes. As our membership base grows across Volusia and Flagler County, you benefit from increased call volume during slower periods. Instead of sitting idle on a Tuesday afternoon in September (off-season in Florida), you get dispatched to a member's jump start in Palm Coast. Membership programs smooth out the revenue peaks and valleys that plague seasonal towing markets. **Technology Built for Tow Truck Operators, Not Silicon Valley:** Our mobile dispatch app is designed by people who actually understand how towing works. The interface is simple: job request notification appears, you tap 'Accept' or 'Decline,' GPS navigation launches automatically, you arrive on scene, you complete the service, you snap a quick photo and hit 'Submit,' and the job closes. No complicated forms, no excessive data entry, no confusing dashboards with 47 different metrics you don't care about. Earnings tracking is equally straightforward: open the app, tap 'Earnings,' and see your week-to-date total, pending jobs awaiting verification, and payment history. That's it. We don't bury your payout details in a maze of submenus or make you download CSV files and run pivot tables in Excel. The tools work the way you work — fast, efficient, no-nonsense. We also integrate with popular navigation apps (Google Maps, Waze, Apple Maps) so you're not forced to use a proprietary system. If you prefer Waze because it routes around traffic better, we launch Waze. If your truck's mounted tablet runs Google Maps, we launch Google Maps. The technology adapts to your workflow, not the other way around. **Support When You Need It (Not When You Don't):** We provide 24/7 dispatcher support for urgent issues: customer no-shows, incorrect locations, access problems (gated communities, locked parking garages), or on-scene complications (customer wants to switch from a tire change to a full tow, or the vehicle is more damaged than described). Call or text our dispatch line, and a human being answers — not a voicemail system. For non-urgent questions (payment inquiries, insurance updates, service area changes), our partner relations team responds within one business day via email or scheduled call. We don't micromanage you with daily check-ins or mandatory conference calls. You're a professional operator running your own business — we respect that. We're here when you need help, and we stay out of your way when you don't.
JF Roadside handles the full spectrum of roadside assistance and towing services. The most common job types include: tire changes (flat tire repair or spare installation), jump starts (dead battery assistance), vehicle lockouts (car key lockout service), fuel delivery (out-of-gas emergencies), mobile battery installation (we supply the battery, you install it), winch-outs (vehicles stuck in sand, mud, ditches, or retention ponds), light-duty towing (sedans, SUVs, small trucks), medium-duty towing (large SUVs, cargo vans, box trucks), and heavy-duty towing (commercial trucks, RVs, buses, equipment). During the application process, you specify which services your fleet is equipped to handle, and we only dispatch jobs that match your capabilities. If you only have a wheel-lift truck suitable for light-duty tows, we won't send you a call for a stuck dump truck.
Job requests are sent directly to your smartphone via the JF Roadside mobile dispatch app (available for iPhone and Android). You'll receive a push notification with the customer's exact GPS location (latitude/longitude coordinates plus street address), service type needed, vehicle make/model/year, and any special notes from the customer (e.g., 'I'm on the shoulder of southbound I-95 near mile marker 265, silver Honda Accord, flat front driver tire'). You have 60-90 seconds to tap 'Accept' or 'Decline.' If you accept, the customer is notified of your estimated arrival time, and GPS navigation launches automatically to route you to the scene. If you decline or don't respond within the time window, the job is automatically routed to the next available partner in the area. Response speed matters: partners with faster acceptance rates and shorter arrival times receive priority for future high-value jobs (heavy-duty tows, after-hours calls, premium rate requests).
Payments are processed every Monday via direct deposit to your business bank account. You'll receive payment for all jobs completed and verified during the previous week (Monday through Sunday). The verification process is simple: after you complete a service, you submit proof through the mobile app (typically a photo of the vehicle showing the completed work, odometer reading, VIN plate, or a digital signature from the customer). Our team reviews the documentation within 24-48 hours, verifies the service was completed as described, and approves the payout. You can track your earnings in real time through the partner portal, which shows job details, customer payments, commission splits, pending verifications, and payout history. Each Monday's direct deposit comes with an itemized statement breaking down every job: service type, base rate, any add-ons (mileage beyond the included radius, after-hours surcharge, heavy-duty equipment), commission deducted, and net payment to you. No waiting 30-60 days for checks, no chasing down accounts receivable, no invoicing headaches. Your work converts to cash flow in seven days or less.
You must maintain commercial auto liability insurance with a minimum coverage of $1,000,000 per occurrence. This protects you and JF Roadside in the event of an accident, property damage, or bodily injury during a tow. You also need garage keepers liability insurance (minimum $500,000) if you'll be storing customer vehicles at your lot overnight or for multi-day periods (impounds, repair shop tows, insurance company holds). Garage keepers coverage protects against theft, fire, vandalism, or damage to vehicles in your care, custody, or control while they're on your property. Your Certificate of Insurance (COI) must list 'JF Roadside Service, 19 N Yonge Street #75, Ormond Beach, FL 32174' as an additional insured party. Your insurance agent can add this endorsement at no cost — it's a standard request for contractor relationships. We verify insurance coverage annually, and your policy must remain active and in good standing throughout your partnership. If your coverage lapses (even for one day), you'll be immediately removed from dispatch until you provide proof of reinstatement. No exceptions — insurance is non-negotiable.
You control your service area. During onboarding, you'll define your preferred coverage zones based on where your trucks are based and how far you're willing to travel for different job types. For example, you might set your primary zone as 'Ormond Beach and Daytona Beach beachside only (east of I-95)' for standard roadside calls, but opt into an extended zone covering 'all of Volusia County' for heavy-duty tows or premium-rate after-hours jobs. Our dispatch algorithm prioritizes the closest available partner for each job, so you'll typically receive requests within a 10-15 mile radius of your defined coverage area. There are no exclusive territories — multiple partners may cover the same geographic zone, and jobs are assigned based on proximity, availability, and acceptance speed (first partner to accept gets the job). If demand is high and you're willing to travel farther for higher-paying work, you can opt into overflow zones or adjacent counties (St. Johns, Brevard, Seminole). You can also adjust your coverage area anytime through the partner portal — expand during your slow season, contract during busy periods when you want to focus on local jobs.
JF Roadside partnerships are flexible and non-exclusive. There is no multi-year contract locking you in. You can pause your availability anytime if you're taking time off (vacation, equipment maintenance, seasonal shutdown), and you can leave the network with 30 days' written notice if the partnership isn't working for your business. We want partners who are here because the work is profitable and the system is efficient — not because they're trapped in a contractual obligation. That said, we do ask that you honor any jobs you've already accepted (don't cancel mid-dispatch unless there's a legitimate emergency), and we require that you complete your onboarding training before receiving live job requests. The onboarding process takes 1-2 hours and covers how to use the mobile app, our customer service standards, proof-of-service documentation requirements, and dispute resolution procedures. Once you're trained and approved, you're free to accept as many or as few jobs as you want, and you can come and go as your business needs dictate.
One of the biggest benefits of partnering with JF Roadside is that we handle all customer payments and disputes — you never have to chase money or argue with angry motorists about rates. Here's how it works: when you complete a job, you submit proof of service through the mobile app (a photo of the vehicle, a digital signature, or a completed service ticket showing what was done). We charge the customer's credit card or debit their membership account immediately. Your portion of the payment is transferred to you during the next Monday payout, regardless of whether the customer disputes the charge later. If a customer disputes the charge with their bank (chargeback), our team investigates using your submitted documentation. As long as you completed the service as described, provided proper proof, and followed our customer service guidelines, you'll be paid — even if the customer wins the chargeback. We absorb the loss, not you. The only exception is if our investigation finds you didn't complete the service as described (e.g., you charged for a 10-mile tow but GPS data shows you only drove 3 miles, or you charged for a battery installation but the customer's photo shows no new battery). In those rare cases, we'll recoup the disputed amount from your next payout. But honest operators who document their work properly have nothing to worry about.
